The successful candidate will strategically oversee the full lifecycle of the group's real estate portfolio, driving retail and F&B site acquisition, lease negotiations, and comprehensive facility asset management.
Portfolio Expansion & Leasing: Identify and secure prime locations for new F&B and retail outlets, leading commercial lease negotiations and fostering strategic partnerships with major landlords and developers.
Lease Lifecycle Management: Oversee all lease agreements, tracking critical renewal and expiration timelines to execute timely relocation or renewals in alignment with corporate strategy.
Store Design & Project Management: Direct the design, conceptual layout, and renovation of spaces to create functional, high-performance retail and dining environments that maximise customer experience.
Facilities & Compliance Operations: Manage preventive maintenance, asset upkeep, and emergency facility resolutions across all properties while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Business, or a related field, backed by min. 5 years of proven experience in property management, leasing, or facilities operations.
