about the job
This role is about supporting the legal team with essential administration, making sure all internal and external legal rules are met. Your main tasks will involve:
- Organizing and securing all confidential legal documents and managing databases.
- Tracking regulatory changes and helping the team with internal compliance reports.
- Assisting with corporate governance, including preparing for board meetings and managing legal filings.
- Handling communication and coordination between internal teams and external contacts.
This is a dynamic position that gives you direct exposure to important corporate and regulatory matters within a fast-paced environment.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience ideally gained in a corporate or law firm setting. Candidates from the financial services sector are particularly welcome to apply.
