Due to continuing business requirements, they are now looking for a Legal and Compliance Director to build up their legal and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities
Reporting to a CEO, you will drive the development of the legal and compliance frameworks to support the growth in the business operations while ensuring compliance to laws and regulations. You will also advise on new market entries, business initiatives and any mergers and acquisitions. The role will also entail contributing to continual process improvements and have the opportunity to be involved in regional and global projects.
Requirements
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years PQE with experience in the financial services, fintech or consultancy industries. You are driven, proactive, independent and commercial-minded with a track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to provide practical legal advice. You are hands on, meticulous with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
