Due to continuing business needs, there is an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to be part of the legal team based in Singapore. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts to and advising on other areas including but not limited to intellectual property, data privacy.

Requirements
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an inhouse capacity. You have experience in managing corporate and commercial matters and a keen interest in intellectual property or data privacy. You are adaptable, flexible, hungry to learn and thrive in a collaborative and collegiate team environment. A confident individual, you are meticulous, detailed and possess excellent interpersonal skills to partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
