Responsibilities
Reporting to the Legal Director and acting as a key business partner to cross functional business stakeholders, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes but is not limited to advising on bids and tenders and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts including EPC and O&M contracts, advising on variation orders and managing disputes when they arise. You will also support any other corporate matters that arise and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an inhouse capacity with deep expertise in construction law. You are confident, commercial-minded and are able to apply the law practically to provide advice to enable the business. You are analytical, meticulous, adaptable and possess excellent interpersonal skills to partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
