Linux system administration: Perform expert-level administration on Linux systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat) to ensure a healthy and high-performing cloud environment.
Automate infrastructure: Develop and maintain automated infrastructure solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot: Implement comprehensive monitoring strategies to proactively identify and resolve cloud performance issues, and conduct troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for complex technical problems.
Enhance security: Uphold and improve cloud and system security by deploying firewalls, VPNs, and granular security controls.
Support development and operations: Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) in collaboration with development teams.

IaC proficiency: Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Containerization experience: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying containerized applications.
Cloud security and networking: Solid grasp of cloud security principles and AWS networking components.
Scripting and automation: Adept at scripting for automation using languages like Bash or Python, and experienced with monitoring platforms such as CloudWatch or Datadog.
Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot complex, distributed cloud systems.
