Contract-to-Cash Process: Oversee the end-to-end execution of contract-to-cash transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established protocols.
Export Documentation: Manage the preparation and processing of comprehensive export shipping documents, including payment follow-ups and negotiation of letters of credit.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve key issues, working closely with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall team performance.

skills and experience required

Preferably individuals with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling full-set of shipping documents
Proficient in using SAP system
