Contract-to-Cash Process: Oversee the end-to-end execution of contract-to-cash transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established protocols.
- Export Documentation: Manage the preparation and processing of comprehensive export shipping documents, including payment follow-ups and negotiation of letters of credit.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve key issues, working closely with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall team performance.
skills and experience required
- Preferably individuals with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling full-set of shipping documents
- Proficient in using SAP system
