- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
- Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
- Handling order related issues and claims
- Receiving, validating and processing sales order
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 7 years of customer service (order management / processing / fulfillment) in industrial automation or high-tech manufacturing
- Vendor management experience
- Export/Import and International freight handling experience
- Strong understanding of automation products and B2B supply chain dynamics
- Monitor shipping schedules, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Able to commence immediate or within short notice period
- Super SAP / Proficient SAP user
