The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to ensure the high performance and reliability of critical plant equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the execution team, responsible for both routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting plant shutdowns.

... Hands-on Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to resolve mechanical issues for both static and rotating equipment, participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve complex problems.
Maintenance Planning & Execution: Implement and improve preventive maintenance (PM) plans using SAP, working closely with planners and other supervisors to reduce corrective maintenance and enhance equipment reliability.
Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all maintenance work, whether by internal teams or contractors, complies with strict HSE practices and Permit-to-Work systems.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and document equipment improvements through the Management of Change (MOC) process and develop new work procedures to increase maintenance efficiency.
Requirements
A Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or a Diploma more extensive experience in a maintenance role within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Strong technical knowledge in both Static Equipment (e.g., pressure vessels) and Rotating Equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors).
Familiarity with industrial standards such as API and ASME is preferred.
