about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of Marketing based in Singapore, the key role is on developing and executing marketing campaigns. The person will be managing a team of 5 direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing communications strategy to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns, events, and loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and drive traffic and sales.
- Optimize revenue opportunities through effective management of advertising spaces and event activations.
- Identify and secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Lead collaboration with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all initiatives.
- Oversee the concierge team and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Manage the A&P budget with strong cost control and deliver accurate monthly performance reports.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
- Preferred Experience: Background in the hospitality, property, or consumer lifestyle industries
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding and mentoring teams for high performance and growth.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and align diverse teams.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
