- Oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and ensure scalable, best-practice-aligned solutions.
- Lead and mentor a regional consulting team across various HRIS modules. Drive team performance, establish delivery standards, and build internal capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and IT leaders. Manage stakeholder expectations, lead executive discussions, and ensure strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities. Support RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales activities. Contribute to the firm’s go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and HR transformation offerings.
skills and experience required
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, business-savvy, technically strong in SAP SuccessFactors, and capable of building and scaling a regional HRIS team.
8+ years of experience in SAP/HRIS projects, including 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly in Employee Central and Talent modules.
Proven ability to lead and develop consulting teams, with strong people management and communication skills.
