manufacturing maintenance specialist(hydraulic & pneumatic).

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and lab equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).

Diagnose issues, implement repairs, maintain logs, and manage procurement of tools and parts.

Oversee installation of new machinery and train operators.

• Warehouse Management:

Support inventory checks, ensure Quality Control approval for incoming materials, maintain accurate records, enforce FIFO rotation, and keep warehouses organized.

• Shipment Handling:

Prepare and package outgoing shipments, coordinate with carriers, verify compliance requirements, and assist with production-related tasks.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience as a maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (O&G/Pharma/Chemical/Medical)
• Forklift certification and hands-on operational experience will be a plus
• Strong mechanical and basic electronic knowledge
• Comfortable working in a new start up plant environment
• Comfortable working in the west of Singapore (Tuas South)
