Provides oversight and guidance to the team
Lead the local team to develop trading strategies based on fundamental analysis, with a primary focus on Heavies
Coordinate the development and maintenance of supply and demand models, and for identifying and communicating market anomalies
Collaborate with traders and a global team of strategists to predict market behaviors and generate trading ideas
Coaching and mentor the local team to enhance their analytical skills and foster a collaborative envirexperience
