As a Marketing Activation Manager, you will be responsible for adapting global brand strategies into high-impact local activation plans to drive growth and market trial across Asian markets.
Develop and implement localized marketing initiatives for key brands to enhance awareness and consumer engagement.
Partner with international teams and external agencies to produce creative content tailored for diverse regional channels.
Manage the full execution of activation plans, including promotional toolkits and educational programs for both retail and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights for future product innovation and brand planning.
Oversee marketing budgets and project timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within financial targets.
skills and experience required.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a large-scale international organization in the FMCG sector.
Demonstrated expertise in launching new products and managing large-scale offline and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and distribution partners across regional headquarters.
Knowledge of retail, e-commerce platforms and social media ecosystems to drive trial and repeat purchasing behavior.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional organizational structures.
