key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the appointed external agency on social media content planning and community management initiatives.
- Support the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of effective digital marketing strategies to maximize campaign performance across all relevant online platforms.
- Assist in the tactical planning and final deployment of digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies focused on achieving maximum audience engagement and reach.
- Work alongside the creative team to develop engaging visuals and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with social media best practices and strict brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitive activities and analyze user feedback across various digital channels.
- Aid in creating communication plans and content tailored to target and engage distinct customer segments for loyalty program member acquisition and retention.
- Track key market trends and competitor movements to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
- Support the smooth launch and rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Manage the liaison process with external printers for the production and timely distribution of campaign collaterals to all retail stores.
- Partner with the creative team on developing core campaign visuals and ensuring necessary adaptations for different channels.
- Coordinate with mall management teams to maximize awareness and visibility for store-level promotions.
- Work closely with delivery aggregation platforms to plan and manage joint promotional campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for store queries and requests regarding marketing collaterals and operational set-up.
- Conduct checking and vetting of in-store collaterals and overall promotional set-up to ensure compliance.
- Assist with the production and logistical distribution of various marketing collaterals
- Maintain and update content across the brand's website(s), social media pages, online portals, and marketing department databases.
- Contribute to the post-campaign evaluation process to assess results and overall effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing store-based events designed to improve customer engagement and foot traffic.
- Support in coordinating product and store photography sessions.
- Assist in managing and tracking retail merchandise items within the stores.
- Support research efforts on upcoming industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Undertake other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required by the marketing team.
qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and developing loyalty programs.
- Proficient knowledge of digital marketing concepts, analytical tools, and CRM systems to drive campaign effectiveness and extract actionable insights.
- A proactive, self-starting individual with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and creating strong, engaging content for digital platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and proven project management skills.
