key responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy innovative digital marketing campaigns, driving a unified omnichannel experience.
- Lead the production of digital content, ensuring all assets align with brand identity and usage guidelines.
- Interpret complex data from various sources to analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and audience behavior, providing actionable insights.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports on all marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and content marketing, to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage marketing expenditures by allocating budget resources strategically across different platforms and initiatives.
- Foster strategic alliances with external agencies to amplify marketing efforts and achieve shared goals.
- Identify and recommend emerging social media platforms and tools to enhance communication and meet business objectives.
- Direct promotional campaigns for limited-time product launches, overseeing the development of key visual assets and ensuring brand consistency.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and guide the overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee the lifecycle of in-store marketing materials—from design to placement—and track their performance.
- Coordinate professional photoshoots for new products and manage the design process for promotional menus.
- Collaborate with creative departments to develop detailed briefs that inform content and increase customer frequency and average spend.
- Execute cross-channel campaigns for customer acquisition, utilizing a mix of in-store, print, broadcast, and out-of-home media.
- Expand the brand’s network of partnerships to extend its reach and acquisition efforts.
qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- A solid understanding of the F&B space locally.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools for actionable insights.
- Proven ability in project management, organization, and cross-functional communication.
