About the Job
As an Executive / Senior Executive for Marketing Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in managing sponsor relationships and executing impactful marketing campaigns to achieve both partner and company goals. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of partnership entitlements and fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Your core duties will include:
- Account Management and Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial partners. This includes cultivating long-term relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving, and ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are executed seamlessly and to a high standard.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement innovative activation strategies that drive engagement and measurable business outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams across sales, design, and digital marketing to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with partner objectives.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Research market trends and consumer behavior to inform joint marketing initiatives. You will also analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve future strategies.
- Event Support: Travel as needed to oversee on-site activations and ensure the flawless execution of all partnership deliverables at events.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related discipline is essential.
- No prior experience required, but a passion for and/or active involvement in sports would be helpful. In addition, prior experience in account management and/or client servicing , as well as any experience within the Sports Industry would be a huge added advantage.
- A strong understanding of brand activation, event execution, and multi-channel marketing approaches is required.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client relationships and concurrent marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and ROI.
