about the job
- oversee contract execution, site coordination, and ensure timely project progress reporting.
- prepare method statements, shop drawings, T&C checklists, and technical documents for M&E works.
- coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on submissions and technical issues.
- support procurement and liaise with stakeholders for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- experience in data centers or DfMA; familiar with VAV, VRV, chillers, lighting control, and BMS systems.
knowledge and skills
- diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of construction experience in Singapore.
- strong project coordination and support skills.
