knowledge and skills
- PEB-recognized Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- minimum 3-5 years experience in M&E works for building/infrastructure projects.
- proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and MS Office
- strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- familiar with local codes, standards, and authority submission processes.
