lead and manage the full project lifecycle for major M&E works from feasibility and design through to construction and commissioning. Involves in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards and delivering high-quality solutions.

- manage site activities and ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- review and approve M&E designs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- prepare feasibility studies and technical reports for project planning.
- oversee environmental management, monitoring, and submission of reports to authorities.
- handle tender processes from concept development, documentation, and award.
knowledge and skills
- bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- minimum 10 years of project management experience in M&E works, preferably with main contractors.
- strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental management practices.
- proven exposure to the full construction cycle, from tender to completion.
- excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
