• Proven ability to develop and execute profitable trading strategies
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within South America
• Existing network of contacts within the South American mining and commodity trading sectors
• Experience with risk management software and trading platforms
