• Drove business development and procurement efforts across Southeast Asia, the Americas, and Europe
• Managed the department's daily futures position, handling customer pricing, data entry, and regular reporting on exposure and positions
• Maintained the customer admission system, including KYC entry and information updates
• Assisted in managing trading limits for transactions, pricing, and advance payments
• Handled information collection and reporting projects, along with trade node management for shipping and payments
