In this multifaceted role, you will be the cornerstone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support to the office. Duties include:
- Overseeing daily office operations and vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement, smooth facility management, and efficient internal work flows.
- Executive support to C-suites on complex calendar management, international travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense management and handling of confidential communication across time zones.
- Handle receptionist responsibilities such as welcoming guests, and providing meeting support.
- Maintain office space and facilities, office supplies and inventories.
- Liaise with property management to ensure proper facility maintenance and safety compliance.
- Facilitate employee on boarding/off boarding related matters and organise team-building activities for the office.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should come with at least 5 years of experience as an office managerial position or in similar capacity within the industry. Experience in customer facing roles, office support or executive support to senior level stakeholders is an added advantage. You should also be meticulous, organised, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
