In this role, you will oversee the entire Administrative function and manage a team. Key responsibilities include managing facilities, premises, and security, encompassing aspects like tenancy renewal, space allocation, and access control. The role also directs reception and mail services , manages procurement and vendor relationships for general office purchasing , and oversees travel administration. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for central document storage and archiving , IT user access administration , and verifying payment processes.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have a strong background with at least 10 years of experience in the banking industry. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, work well under pressure and deal with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT systems, good interpersonal and communication skills , and the ability to manage various organizational levels are key.
