Maintain accurate and consistent master data across systems for products, pricing, suppliers, and customers; enforce data standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, particularly in duty-free and travel retail contexts.
Handle end-to-end order processing, including purchase order creation, warehouse/store replenishment, inventory checks, and resolution of backorders and discrepancies across travel essentials, dining, and luxury goods.
Collaborate with warehouses, suppliers, logistics, and customs teams to ensure timely fulfillment, proper handling of regulated goods (e.g., alcohol, tobacco), and adherence to duty-free regulations.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (operations, retail, dining) and external partners, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and alignment with business needs and sales peaks.
Track order KPIs, report supplier performance, maintain audit-ready records, and support system enhancements to optimize accuracy, lead times, and overall operational efficiency.
skills and experience required
- min. 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail/FMCG/retail businesses
- proficiency in ERP systems
- strong understanding of custom regulations
