• Manage out-of-cycle manual payments, including urgent tax settlements and final termination payouts, ensuring precision outside standard processing windows.
• Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts and general ledger activities for formal risk management submission.
• Develop and maintain rigorous procedural documentation, conducting periodic reviews to ensure alignment with both internal standards and evolving regulatory mandates.
• Uphold strict payroll governance by performing "four-eye" verification checks.
• Provide high-level customer service by resolving complex payroll inquiries and offering expert advisory support to the workforce.
• Apply deep working knowledge of local statutory requirements and employment legislation to ensure full compliance in all regional operations.
• Oversee technical monthly and year-end tax reporting, including the execution of specialized tax clearance processes.
• Contribute to cross-border initiatives by sharing best practices and harmonizing payroll frameworks across regional international teams.

skills and experience required

• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll.
• Good knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll systems and Workday
• Good communication skills
• Proficient at MS Word, MS Excel.
