As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated Partner Account Manager- to accelerate revenue through indirect channels and strategic partner engagement.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities would include
- Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities through existing and new channel partners
- Drive the full partner sales lifecycle including pipeline development, solution pitching, contract negotiation, and onboarding
- Grow and manage strategic relationships with distribution, reseller, and ecosystem partners
- Lead go-to-market strategies and joint campaigns with partners to drive mutual growth
- Design and manage incentive programs and commission structures to boost channel performance
- Ensure ongoing compliance and partner performance standards are met across all engagements
- Resolve partner-related conflicts and work cross-functionally to address service delivery issues
- Support customers acquired through the channel with onboarding, up-selling, and cross-selling activities
Skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or partner/channel management roles within the tech or ICT sector
- Solid track record of exceeding revenue targets through effective partner ecosystems
