I am representing a fast‑growing regional payments infrastructure provider that helps global businesses move money reliably across Asia’s most complex and high‑growth markets.
As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a partnership manager who can strengthen regional payment ecosystems, deepen relationships with key financial partners, and drive commercially meaningful collaborations across Asia.
This role sits at the intersection of client onboarding, relationship management, and commercial execution, ensuring partners are supported, activated, and continuously growing with our platform.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Market Expansion
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners across payments, fintech, and financial services.
- Lead commercial conversations, understand partner needs, and proactively move them through onboarding and activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner updates, escalations, and ongoing engagement.
- Support deal structuring, pricing discussions, and commercial evaluations to ensure partnerships are sustainable and mutually beneficial.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on commercial terms, compliance requirements, and operational readiness.
- Manage partner onboarding end-to-end, ensuring smooth integration, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor partner performance, onboarding progress, and commercial pipeline.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a solid track record in client management, onboarding, or business development and some exposure to the Asean market would be a plus point.
- Proven relationship builder who can lead commercial discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive partner momentum.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
