- Develop and implement pricing strategies for online parts sales, maintaining accurate pricing data in the system.
- Manage the full crane parts sales process, from customer engagement to order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with tax and import/export regulations.
- Monitor market trends, analyse customer needs, and identify new business opportunities to expand parts sales.
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals, drive sales through strategic promotions, and follow up on high-value quotations.
- Oversee spare parts life cycle from procurement to delivery, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
skills and experience required
- bachelor's degree in engineering/supply chain management or relevant specialisation
- proficiency in ERP systems
- prior experience in parts management within heavy equipment industry
- strong knowledge and ability in data analysis
- willing to take on frequent business travels
