In this position as a Policy Servicing Assistant Manager, you will be working alongside with a sizeable team and reporting to the Team Lead. You will be required to process premium collection and payments, evaluates and processes post-inception transactions including the followings such as nomination of beneficiary, policy alteration, fund switch, top-up, premium redirection or reinstatement of policy.
You will be expected to be involved in preparation of quotation, surrender of policy and collaborates with both department, inter-department users and external parties.
skills and experience required
- 4+ years experience in life/health insurance sector and involved in policy processing work
- Prior experience in life insurance business operations and strong understanding of policy process
- Driven, independent and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Self-motivated team player with good time management and organisation skills
