about the job:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Portfolio Service Engineering & Delivery (PSED) Lead to support the Technology Solutions team. This role is critical for ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement across the application landscape. Key focus areas:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and coordinate complex, multi-team application support, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Product Governance: Support product lifecycle management activities, especially in the Data & Analytics and Digital domains. Facilitate governance processes like enhancement prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to identify and implement automation and service optimization.
