Co-ordinate with Compliance, Operations, Finance and Accounting, I.T., and other relevant departments to finalise the regulatory and operational feasibility for new product launches
Work with Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal to ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines
Prepare the required documentations (including evaluation, AML/CFT assessments, risk assessment, product specifications, operational procedures and forms) for the launch of new products and periodic reviews
Engage potential partners for collaborations, partnerships, products and services
Liaise with partner institutions and perform due diligence and AML/CFT checks on them
Support Relationship Managers in executing client instructions
Update and maintain all relevant product documentation and product processes
Any other duties as assigned by the HOD

about the manager/team

Providing support in product development and investment advisory for 3 Private Bankers.

skills and experience required

Bachelor or higher qualification.
Acquired relevant (CACS) qualifications required by MAS for Private Banking Product Manager
At least 5 years of product experience: can be specific or general experience in various investment products, lending, wealth planning, etc
Knowledge and experience in system development and/or operations
Strong Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance awareness
Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity
Team player with strong planning and organization skills, meticulous and ability to multitask
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
