Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of process engineers, ensuring effective manufacturing support and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance process capability.
- Manage departmental budget and identify cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and operational standards.
- Serve as a key liaison for external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical mentorship to the engineering team.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a technical engineering role, supported by an Engineering degree.
- Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.
Key Skills:
- Technical: Quality Management, Data Analysis, Process Optimization, and Risk Planning.
- Leadership: Strategic Planning, Team Development, Change Management, and Stakeholder Communication.
