Maintain and update supplier master data, build strong supplier relationships, negotiate favourable terms, and act as the main liaison to resolve supply issues and optimise procurement efficiency.
Monitor procurement costs and budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure timely availability of products without compromising quality.
Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards through supplier evaluations and collaboration with internal teams to address quality concerns.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement and stock management processes, generate regular reports on purchasing activities, inventory, and supplier performance, and implement best practices to support business goals.
skills and experience required
- min. 5 years of relevant experiences within FMCG/Retail handling beverages products.
