I am representing a fast-growing brand aggregator start-up on a mission to acquire, scale, and transform high-potential consumer brands.
They are backed by experienced investors and a passionate leadership team, where they leverage data, digital channels, and operational expertise to unlock growth across their portfolio of brands.
As part of their growth, they are looking for a Product Development Manager (fully remote within SEA Timezone) who would play a critical role in driving the full product lifecycle: from initial concept and validation, through sourcing and quality assurance, to mass production and successful product launch.
About the role
Reporting to the Co-founder, your responsibilities would includes
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for new toy and kids”product concepts.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Product Design, Compliance, Quality, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver successful product launches.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into viable product ideas.
- Develop prototypes, iterate on samples, and manage all stages of design validation.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure alignment on design, quality standards, and production timelines.
- Oversee and manage project schedules, from ideation to final shipment, ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met.
- Support and contribute to launches on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring the product experience matches market expectations.
Skills and experience required
- Demonstrated 4–6+ years in end-to-end product development, preferably within the toy sector, with specific exposure to sensory or educational product lines.
- Excellent interpersonal and virtual communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and accountability.
