- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA offerings.
- Convert business goals into clear technical requirements for smart contracts, integrations and infrastructure.
- Partner with engineers to design issuance, redemption, reserve management and reporting systems.
- Lead oracle integrations and proof-of-reserve/transparency initiatives.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory expectations and support audits.
- Drive product testing, incident response and ongoing operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years in product management or software engineering within fintech, blockchain, or decentralized finance
- Deep knowledge of blockchain platforms, smart contract architecture, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626, etc.)
- Proven experience with stablecoins, asset tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure
- Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems, liquidity protocols, and oracle systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Working knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
