knowledge and skills
- degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- strong technical background in civil and structural works with full-cycle project delivery.
- proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera; PMP certification is a plus.
- excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to handle complex site coordination.
