they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a large-scale reclamation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
about the job
- lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the reclamation project in accordance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- oversee site operations and ensure adherence to safety and health standards.
- liaise with relevant authorities, to address regulatory and interface matters.
- identify and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- report project status, risks, and key developments to the Project Director.
- manage claims and contractual matters with clients and consultants.
- implement risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
knowledge and skills
- bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- CSCPM-certified (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers).
- 15 - 20 years of related experience such as large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects.
- strong track record in dealing with government agencies involved in land reclamation
- proven experience managing project claims and working closely with authorities
