about the job:You will join the Group Operations function, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation and process optimization initiatives. As part of the transformation team, you will manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise systems and digital interfaces, especially those supporting customer-facing platforms. Your work will involve partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate business needs, streamline processes, and ensure solutions are effectively implemented. You will play a key role in driving initiatives related to frontend applications, user experience enhancement, and digital adoption across business units. The role will also involve participating in testing, change management, documentation, and supporting the governance framework to ensure compliance and project success. skills and experience required:
- A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis within the insurance or financial services industry
- Prior exposure to projects involving frontend web or mobile applications
- Familiarity with group insurance operations is advantageous
- Experience in driving digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Solid project management capabilities and a structured approach to execution
- Knowledge of user journey design, customer experience (CX/UX), or implementation of AI solutions would be beneficial
