about the role
As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you'll be a key driver of software quality and reliability. This is a high-impact, ownership role where you will lead the QA function. Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing, implementing, and improving CI/CD pipelines for faster deployment.
Building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for various test types (unit, integration, regression).
Establishing and enforcing software QA policies and best practices across development teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the entire development cycle.
skills and experience
A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA and automation (Selenium), with proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and testing strategies.
Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Shell script, JavaScript).
A strong understanding of CI/CD and software best practices, including experience with tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines, or GitLab CI.
Experience with embedded devices and networking is highly advantageous.
