about the company Our client is an internationally recognized contract who is working on various infrastructure in Singapore. Currently they are looking for a QMS Engineer to be based at site. about the job
- Prepare Quality Control Plan, procedures, and QA/QC reports
- Identify, feedback and provide corrective actions in areas of quality control and quality standards
- Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection
- Perform systematic inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify adherence to quality standards
- Employ measurement tools and testing equipment to confirm product specifications and tolerances
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001:2015
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities promptly
skills & experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering / quality management
- Able to work on construction / manufacturing site
- Experience in handling project Audit and liaise with internal & external auditor
- Lead / Auditor certified will be a plus
- Well versed with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Prior experience obtaining Bizsafe Star certification
- Able to commence immediate or within short notice period
- Comfortable with 6 month contract role - renewable thereafter
