about the jobAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will drive a 360-degree recruitment desk, acting as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates. Your core responsibilities will include:
Business Development: Proactively identifying and pitching to new corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and managing existing accounts.
Talent Sourcing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing top-tier candidates through various digital channels, networking events, and our internal database.
Matchmaking & Advisory: Consulting clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to ensure a seamless match.
End-to-End Management: Managing the entire recruitment cycle from job briefing and interview coordination to salary negotiation and onboarding support.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, corporate B2B sales, or account management.
A strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
