In this position as a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be expected to
drive sales growth through effective management of inbound leads from counterparts from other regions. You will be expected to conduct thorough market research and collaborate with internal stakeholders and promote cross functional collaboration and market analysis.
The ideal incumbent will spearhead cross-sell initiatives, develop strategic partnership/relationships and drive business growth into Asia. In order to be successful in this position, the incumbent should have a strong network with senior HR leaders across the asia region and proven track records on cross-sell other lines of business.
Skills and experience required
... - 8+ years of business development experience in Employee Benefit space (ideally with regional or asia exposure)
- Possess a strong background in sales strategy, cross-functional collaboration and market analysis.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management and employee benefits framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, organised and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation skills in both preparation and execution
- Result-oriented, positive and committed
