Partnering closely with the C-Suites and Executive Board of Directors, you will lead the Human Resources function and act as the core strategic HR partner to the leadership team. In addition, you will:
- Drive regional human resources strategies and people agenda across Asia-Pacific; countries include Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China and India
- Manage and lead an established local and regional Human Resources and Operations team of ~20 headcounts
- Lead progressive workplace culture, workforce planning, succession planning / talent management whilst maintaining operational and governance oversight over comprehensive human resources and office administration matters
- Spearhead the regional integration, roll-out, and optimisation of Workday, driving data-backed decision-making through progressive analytics and localised competency reporting frameworks
- Effectively present people agenda and talent strategies in Board meetings; driving towards organisation goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyse key HR data points to identify talent trends, translating those findings into practical, high-impact action plans for business leaders
skills and experience required
- 20 years experience in Human Resources, of which 10 years within an APAC leadership capacity
- Experience within the design, construction, engineering consultancy and / or architecture industries is essential
- Proven leadership experience managing and leading human capital functions regionally
- Strong business acumen, effective communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders and C-Suites to drive strategies and operational excellence
- Extensive hands-on track record executing complex organisational restructuring, change management, large-scale workforce transition including operations offshoring
- Demonstrated technical agility in driving the implementation, optimisation, and regional adoption of Workday regionally
- Deep understanding of regional employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements
