Skills and experience required

Degree in IT or equivalent
Strong technical experience in front to back-office applications
Infrastructure knowledge
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and senior management communication.
Familiar with regulatory requirements and IT risk frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
Strong people management experience
