Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support staff and specialists. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
IT Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day IT operations for multiple offices, ensuring all systems, networks, and hardware are running efficiently. This includes overseeing help desk support, system maintenance, and hardware deployment.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage the regional IT budget, including forecasting hardware and software needs. Create and execute a technology roadmap that supports the region's business objectives and long-term growth.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all IT systems and operations comply with company security policies and industry regulations. Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect our data and infrastructure from threats.
Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Manage the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of all IT assets, from laptops to network equipment.
Project Management: Lead and execute IT projects, such as office expansions, system upgrades, or new software implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements.
skills and experience required
Proven experience in an IT leadership role, with a strong background in managing IT operations and teams across multiple locations.
Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex IT initiatives
