Our client is in the technology space, a market leader with globally recognised high performing products. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a driven Regional Legal Counsel to join their regional team. The role provides mentorship from an experienced team of lawyers.

About The Job
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be part of the team supporting the business by providing strategic advice to support the growth of the business while mitigating risks. This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements such as distribution and sales contracts while advising on critical compliance matters including data privacy and anti-bribery regulations and advising on other corporate matters or disputes as they arise.

Skills and Experience Required
You are degree qualified with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or inhouse. Armed with a strong commercial acumen and high learning agility, you are a proactive team player who possesses a positive attitude and a keen desire to grow. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of communicating complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders to facilitate practical business solutions.
