The organisation supports clients with specialist services spanning logistics, marine operations, and asset management, consistently driving operational excellence. As part of their regional expansion, they are looking for a pioneer Regional Marketing Coordinator to execute and localize marketing strategies and work closely with their Global HQ.
About the role
You would be reporting to the Global CMO, where your key responsibilities would be
... - Act as the primary marketing liaison and brand guardian for the Asia Pacific & Australia region. Maintain consistent brand identity across all physical and digital assets, facilities, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute regional events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Drive public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press distribution, and stakeholder engagement, to elevate brand recognition.
- Produce and adapt marketing collateral, presentations, and multimedia content to support commercial and business development objectives.
- Coordinate creative projects such as photoshoots and video production to strengthen campaign delivery.
- Partner with business development teams to curate content and manage a structured calendar of social media activities.
- Collaborate with global marketing colleagues to ensure service lines and offerings are accurately represented across online platforms.
- Contribute to the implementation of the digital marketing roadmap tailored for the Asia Pacific & Australia markets.
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of branded merchandise and corporate materials to support regional initiatives.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in regional marketing coordination or similar roles. Strong understanding of branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across regional BD teams and global marketing functions which may entails working across different time-zones
