key responsibilities:
- Lead regional brand strategy and execution by collaborating with headquarters and local teams to craft compelling marketing plans for the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
- Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including the development of integrated campaigns for both online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency across the region.
- Oversee digital and content marketing efforts, from creating brand assets and positioning to optimizing communication strategies to maximize performance.
- Drive business growth by working with sales and planning teams to create promotional strategies and using data analytics to improve demand generation.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and provide key insights to stakeholders, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and nurture key partnerships with influencers, media, and agencies to enhance brand presence and media performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and brand guidelines.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant
- Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and brand assets across the region.
- At least 7 years proven track record in marketing for fashion, consumer electronics or FMCG brands.
- Regional experience will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in working with sales and planning teams to support business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market landscape.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
