We're looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Singapore. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive product marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets across Asia. You'll manage a small team and act as the central point of contact between HQ, sales offices, and internal specialists.
What You'll Do:
Lead B2B initiatives, localize content, and implement go-to-market plans with sales offices and partners.
Conduct product testing to find unique selling points and translate findings into compelling content for retail and e-commerce.
Strategically analyze product sales, forecast demand trends, and ensure product supply meets business targets. You should have experience with e-commerce selling.
Coordinate test marketing for customer retention and CRM-based loyalty campaigns, gathering regional insights to align with global strategies.
Build strong relationships with local sales and marketing teams across APAC offices, acting as a central point of contact and providing solutions to market needs.
skills and experience required
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or segment marketing.
Experience in the copier, printer, or office solutions industry is required.
Experience managing multi-country stakeholders in Southeast Asia or East Asia is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing models.
Experience with loyalty/CRM-based marketing.
Ability to take strong initiative, work independently, and proactively solve problems.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including comfort with product testing, positioning, and feedback integration.
Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultural working styles.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators in Asia will be a bonus.
